Did anyone notice the VW subliminal ad in the video? It flashes by on the orange wall at 32-33 seconds. First just watch to see if you catch it, then go back and start pressing pause and play starting at 30 seconds into the video. You'll see it then, just make sure you're watching the wall. It appears on the right side of the screen first.

I'm really good at catching these kinds of things.

I think the best subliminal ad I caught was in a movie; as a dog was turning around, the Coca-Cola logo appeared to be airbrushed across its body for a split-second. It was weird.

Yeah, thought that at first, but the image clearly appears and then disappears. Graffiti would have been obvious as it the image would persist from on side of the screen to the other. Look closer. It actually looks like some kind of reflection, but it's definitely not graffiti.

I'm not seriously suggesting it's a VW ad, but I just like catching stuff like this.

BTW, subliminal advertising has been proven to have an effect on decision-making regarding what someone will buy, and it's used fairly extensively still. It's not about conspiracy, it's just another way to get your money. Nothing wrong with that :wink:

Oh man! The more I listen to the sounds, I begin to think it reminds me of an E36 M3 I once drove with UUC exhaust....I was making car noises all day after driving it...glad to see I can have that sound all day long in a 135i!!

When you hear the sound in person it will send chills down your whole body. Such a great sounding car. I really didn't expect to hear what I hear when I mash the pedal. Your wait will be well worth it!!!
