loose clutch pedal??

hi,

I noticed that the clutch pedal on my 2009 128i is kind of loose. When I rest my foot lightly on it I can move it side to side by about half an inch on each side.

Should it be tight? or at least tighter then that??

if so, how can I adjust it?

Never noticed it until you brought it up. Definitely not tight like the brake pedal. The clutch has been working fine and I am not going to do anything about it.
