There will be at least a couple of 135's, including mine, down at pikes peak international raceway just south of colorado springs Sept 27-28 for a track day. More info here: http://www.quickchickracing.net/

PPIR track day
John and I had a blast at the PPIR track day this Sat - although there was a serious wreck by one of the 427 kit cobras at the end of the day. He was taken off by the flight for life...hope he's ok.
here is a vid of one of my sessions........as you can see, the car can hang easily (and pass) stock 911 turbos, Lotus Exiges, Shelby GT500s, C5s, etc.... |

Awesome video. I shot a bunch of HD footage the same day I'm editing together, here is short clip. Overall completely satisfied with track performance. Biggest thing I think the car needs is a good set of track tires to increase the speeds through the corners. Brakes held up well and were still effective after a 20 minute session, although I think I glazed them over pretty good as they now squeal.
Here is an SD video, same time but from outside the car. |

What kind of pre-qualification do you need to run your car? How much is it? I haven't had a chance to watch the videos due to me being at work. Are you both planning on any more trips before the end of the year? I should be headed to PMP in October sometime if you both are available. I have drag radials with a spare set of rims now, so I'm curious of the before and after diference. Anyone else who is available..let me know which Friday you all could go and maybe we could meet up there or on the way or something.

Anybody going to the BMW CCA Performance Driving School at Pueblo Motorsports Park this weekend? I'll be there tomorrow.

Personally, I can't wait for this track to open! You can get in on the ground floor to help this track became a terrific venue. Donate what you can and help this infent track become a National event location!
