Missing settings on BC control stick

There's a bunch of missing options I can't select.

I can only check for codes, set time, set date.

I can't change the auto lock, the turn signal or any other options..

How do I fix this?

No, iDrive is optional but most cars seem to be optioned with it. On my car I did not want it.

You need to go thru the BC menu via the turn signal stalk(button on the end) and the MENU button above the radio to change your settings.

You might want to consult your owners manual or ask your salesman at the dealer.

Here are some good videos on how our cars http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...modelcode=131C

The problem is my BC MENU is missing options, I don't have the option to choose how my turn signals will blink 1x or 3x.

You should go see a dealer. Something does not sound right. Have you had a SW update recently done? Maybe something did not load correctly.

Are those missing options available only when stopped?
I could be wrong.

If you're driving the options get hidden. Try browsing for them with the vehicle at a full stop.

Kind of off topic but I have always wondered, what does the "BC" button stand for? Does it mean something?
