You will have front camber plates and a LSD?
I don't know about 265 tires, but I'm interested to know how durable the DCT will be in track usage. Maybe its not necessary to go all out with tires if there are other mechanical limits, and possible cooling issues with engine and brakes and transmission. Maybe smaller wheels and tire combination could be lighter and potentially faster. |

From a handling standpoint it will handle better with a square setup. If you're going to run bolt ons however I would opt for a larger tire out back.

It really depends on your goals with the car. If you are going to take it to road courses and want the car to not understeer so much, the squared 18x9.5" squared setup would work for you. If your widebody allows for it, you may even be able to fit the 18x10" wheels on your car, with negative camber. If you are looking for the best traction for straight line performance, the wider the rear wheel the better so that you can have a wide tire for traction.
