1M and the Porsche compared on the track
You may have seen this clip, if not it is interesting.
I have the TV Chanel DW (Deutsche Welle) as part of my TV cable lineup. One of the programs I watch on a regular basis is "Drive It The German Motor Magazine. While I not always agree with the opinions offered by the test drivers or moderators I still find it very informative. They do get to review the latest European cars first. Naturally I am primarily interested in the BMW line A while back they compared the two cars 1M and Porsche ... I thought I share it with you folks here ===>Click to see the clip enjoy

Sorry about this you may need a driver that is not on your system.
Can you open this link www.dw.de If so perhaps you can check under TV programs and they might tell you what driver you need to view the clips? once you open the link type into the Search area ===> Drive It That should open some past video clips ... if yes then come back here and try again ... Make sure you click in that lil round arrow (pic below) it will start the video clip .... good luck

Interesting comparison. I think they nailed it pretty good. If you want an pure sports car the Cayman R is the better choice. However, if you want near top of the line sports car performence with some real world comforts (like a/c!) for 20,000 euros less the 1M is the obvious choice.
