All the acronyms

I am a little new to forums and am having trouble with all these acronyms.
Can someone go through and make a little cheaters guide for some common ones. Example: FTW = For the win. I have no idea what some people mean when saying TiAg or SGM. Although i just figured out SGM = Space gray Metallic.

Thanks...and I know I am a noob

Funny post. It must be a generational thing. Sometimes I sit and go through iterations of what some of these abbreviations mean before figuring it out. Your question promted me to Google an abbreviation list. Here's the first one that came up.

Here are a few that I can think off the top of my head. Gladly accepting corrections!

6MT = 6 speed manual transmission
6AT = 6 speed automatic transmission
Step = Steptronic (BMW's auto trans) - NOT the same as the old/new SMG (sequential manual gearbox)

ZCP = Cold Weather Package
ZPP = Premium Package
ZSP = Sport Package

PCD = Performance Center Delivery
ED = European Delivery

CF = Carbon Fiber

AW = Alpine White
TiAg = Titanium Silver
SGM / SG = Space Gray Metallic & Sparkling Graphite (not available on 09 models) ; there's disagreement about which acronym goes with which color.
LMB = Lemans Blue
BSM = Black Sapphire Metallic
CR = Coral Red interior
Also note that some members will state their color in German.

I think you have SG and SGM backwards. SGM was discontinued and SG still shows as available for 09. And you left some colors out. On purpose I'm guessing?

Yep, you're right! I was so dead set against getting another 'silver' car that I didn't pay enough attention to the gray/silver colors. I left the others out because I'm not sure how people are abbreviating them. Thanks for the correction!

I edited the list above.

SGM = both Sparkling Graphite Metallic (only available on '08 models) and Space Grey Metallic, the color that replaced the original SGM.

See, that's the way I had it originally... Seniority's recognized, but there's clearly confusion.
