Look into the "$88 spoiler" thread in the cosmetic section

What he said. I think it's in the cosmetic or photos section.

OP, $88 dollar spoiler is not carbon fiber. Just a heads up in case you wanted carbon fiber.

Good point, I should have mentioned this. The same seller does offer a CF version though for a little more $$

Yea it's pretty easy to get off. I used floss to get it off but the glue is the hard part. Gotta let it soak with some soap or goof off. Tape is all that's holding it on but it's quite strong. I added extra just in case but no problems and it's been on 6 months now. Definitely wouldn't glue it down. The one you posted is very similar, for the price it's hard to beat.

I know a lot of people use double sided tape to attach their spoilers. I guess with the tape it's easier to remove down the road if you want to.

Heres how BMW attaches their carbon fiber spoiler. This must be the same method they use to attach the original spoiler.

Personally, I like the original spoiler.

Easiest way to remove the stock lip spoiler is to heat the thing up with a hair dryer to soften up the tape that's holding it down. Then I got one end started with floss/fishing line. Once I had made it a little ways, I actually used a microfiber towel to slide underneath and pulled it the rest of the way off. Came right off and left almost no residue behind. The more patient you are with the hair dryer in the beginning, the less mess you'll have to clean up after. Whatever residue is left, just get some goo-gone and let it soak/scrub away. Just make sure you get all the goo-gone removed and completely clean/dried before taping your new one down.
