My CS 135 finally here!
Picked up the car yesterday. Fit and finish excellent in and out. Decided to get the clear nose protection which looks very good & is almost invisible. I've seen what rock chips have done to cars in the past. Dealer was nice enough to include a few extras like a complete wash & detail kit. Very smooth turnpike tourer, and great fun on curvy back roads. Got to watch your speed- you're at 70 without any effort. Engine growl is sweet- and sport wheel is a work of art. My wife drove it today- first comment was how much better it drove than the 05 325. And she loved the fact that they got rid of the blue/red center wheel to adjust temp- she always thought that was strange.

wow...that color looks great on the coupe. I saw it in the showroom on the convertible but it looked too girly...totally changed my freakin' mind! BTW - what is that awesome looking color on your other bimmer?

Yep, I had heard the floormats were running late, but this dealer got them in the day before. To me in person the Cashmere silver looks more like light pewter metallic, to be more descriptive. As to the color of my 2005- its sonoma beige- very unique color and I'm told rare on 3 series- looks gold in bright sun but bronze with a green tint in deep shade, Its for sale, if anyone's interested.

I seen one at Fields of Orlando in CS, it didn't look anything like the online pictures. My mom was going to get it in that color.. with pics like those she'll be sorry she didn't! Good luck with it. <3

Rosky... Whoa. Looks like the Maersk Wind treated us both very well. Your car looks phenomenal! the color goes very well with the e46!
Two suggestions, program the garage door opener (get rid of the remote), and I dunno about the plastic floormats. |

You guys don't miss a thing. Yep, haven't tried yet to program the garage door button (based on my wife's experience with her car, takes a couple of tries), and I usually use clear mats in addition to the carpet- it keeps them so much better & catches the water & dirt on an unlucky rain day. I like em cause they're cheap & if they don't clean up well or discolor after a while just get another set. Also a plus when in for service- some of those guys aren't so neat when inside the car.

Yep, taupe interior. Turned out even better than I expected- the wood trim sets it off well. I like the two tone interiors except that they then have all black lower dash, console, and carpets- but just depends on your preference.
