Great pictures and nice to see some 1ers together. I hardly ever see any on the road in North Carolina, and even fewer 135i models. Any serious mods to the others?

Yeah it was a great time!

The grey one is lecaf (Henry) which is a fbo + 1M conversion, the black 1M is a mostly stock 1M (owner is on here, forget his username!!). The others you see in the full flickr album are 135's with some bolt ons.

Same here. Very few 135i's in my neck of the woods as well. That just makes them more special imo.

I thought there would still be better 1er presence out in SoCal.

I'm in a smaller suburb area and not in a big city. I've seen a few 1ers here but not many at all. As far as BMWs go, I see a lot of 3s and 5s, and some SUVs, and the occasional 7 series.

The 2 series is about as rare as the 1 series around here. My guess is folks think they're too small and they'd rather have 4-doors for the family. I think they don't know what they're missing.

Most of the 1er's in AZ are verts. There are a few 1m's though.

I agree, seeing another 1er coupe heading the same direction is an event
