Clutch type Lsd Advice

Hello everyone, looking to get a M Factory Metal plate for my Weekend street/track car, i have been looking through the forums for a while and doing research for an application that would best suit me but lots of people on here seem to go with Helical style diffs and I beat on the car lots more than my DD.

Anyway what i would like to know is would a 1 1.5 or 2 way clutch type lsd be best suited for my application i do track the car maybe once or twice a month and auto x along with aggressive street. The car has tons of suspension modifications ( full m control arms front and rear, subframe bushings, diff bushings ect..) the car is also getting a single turbo within the next few months so i want something that will be able to handle the power. I've done research and seen the videos of the differences just want to know if anyone has any personal experience with the different types of clutch type diffs, i also don't mind noises or maintenance. Any help is Appreciated!
