Recommend Me 135i Halo Replacement Lights
I have been doing a lot of searching on the forums and can't get a clear answer to what the best replacement Halo lights are. I don't mind paying a little extra to guarantee that they are a quality product! Links/pictures will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

For the brightest output, go with HIDs but I find them to be way to bright for halos. If you are after a color change, WeissLicht LED Angel Eyes will do the trick.

Hey man i bought the GP Thunder bulbs. They are direct replacement and only cost around 10 bucks. I have had no issues and they are pure white and very bright.

Do those HIDs show up as white, or just brighter? |

The HIDs light up brighter and can be different colors depending on choice of temp. Here's another member's review of the Alpine HID kit that I installed for him. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=370615
The other options out there change the color but are pretty dim IMO. Normally the LEDs or bulbs that you change get washed out in the sunlight. The HIDs are definitely still visible during the daylight. |

Question regarding the HID angels.
You have to drill a hole for wires right? How do you make sure this is sealed properly to stop moisture/water etc from entering the headlight? I think I would go with 8000K HID angels myself, but just worried about the sealing issue. |

I would go with these for our X6, however the drilling of holes + posible moisture/condesation problems is an issue which no one seems to have answers to.. |

I have Alpine hid's in 12k and love them!
They come with pre drilled caps so everything is pnp and no guessing. They are bright but I wanted them to be seen at day and the outer ring to be clearly seen with headlights on. Alpine all the way. Zero problems and one of the best customer support systems out there!
