Another Offset Question
Needed some advice on offsets.
I have a stock sport suspension. Tires are 235/35/19 & 265/30/19 respectively. Looking at: 19x8.5f (+35mm) 19x9.5r (+20mm) or 19x9 (+45mm) I know the front is fine, but the rear is the question. I know +20 is pretty aggressive and I don't want any rubbing. The only other option would be the +45mm but I think that is equally questionable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Well, I can tell you without a doubt that 22mm rear w/275/30 on ZSP will rub slightly on the right rear. I think its just the wheel liner, but still goes "Zzzzip" when I hit a bump.
ANyway, 22mm w/275 is 8mm wider than 20mm w/265. So your outer tire lip will be 8mm closer in, which is roughly 3/8". IMO (opinion ONLY, not for fact), I think you'll be OK, no rubbing. BUT - you want to talk with someone who knows for a FACT. Trust me on this. Don't take heresay, get the facts or you take a risk. Cheers |
