3m tape is pretty strong.
I have the Kerscher bolted on and it's not going anywhere.
You can see it flexing down at speed here, it was fine at 200+km/hr

Edisto, welcome!

Somewhere mid-thread is a post from me, 135is vert in CB. And yes, top down exhaust sound is music to my ears!

Ah yes, I remember now! Sorry Navy! I'm remembering your pics now, too - No tech package so clean dash, stick shift, and the stainless steel pedals all you manual people get that made me have to have them put on my DCT so I didn't feel so left out.

I can only imagine with the top down how nice it must sound. Sadly, haven't had a chance to even put the windows down yet since I got the windows tinted literally 12 hours after I picked it up.

Thanks for the compliment and welcome to the club!

Have you driven a 135i yet?

If not, I'd recommend you stay away from them until you're ready to place an order - they kind of sit there on your mind and try to consume you until you place an order... then you wait.

Once you have a chance to put down the windows, find a jersey wall or other structure and drive with it on your left and let her go.

You will giggle aloud, I promise.

Good reading there. Thanks for pointing that out!

I was originally thinking the darker Deep Sea Blue, but now that I've seen Mineral Gray in person... stunning! That could be the choice! We'll see...

Funny enough, that's the very reason that I have not driven one yet... I know that once I do, I will become OBSESSED! But I do believe that the time is coming very soon.

So is the back seat really unusable? I don't need to use it often, but I do have a couple of teenage daughters that need occasional transportation.

I had 2, normally sized, friends ride in the back seats with plenty of room. Surprisingly spacey is how I would call the back seats. They definitely are not spacious, but it's a coupe so you can't expect miracles. It has just as much space in the back seat as my E46 sedan.

You have EXCELLENT taste my friend.

I'll be posting good pics of mine later this weekend once I get her cleaned up a bit as it's now somehow rained on it 3 times in the first 6 days I've had it. There are a few of mine though towards the end of the Toreador Has Docked thread in the ordering and tracking category if you want to see some mineral grey 135is coupe photos albeit with a cell phone.

Did the website show this yet? Hoping ours made it on the same boat but the website doesn't reflect that!

I first found out by entering the vin into the boat tracking site this afternoon, then the status changed on the mybmw page around 9:30 pm from finished production to shipping stage.

I've had occasion to ride in the back seat and I thought it was just fine. It wasn't a very long ride but I never felt cramped. I"m 5-10 225 w/broad shoulders, so I think your daughters will be okay.

Yea, 5 years does that. I had a 323i that had a more "aggressive" stance than current models.

That said, stock m-sport 135s (same as IS) need a drop. I can't bring myself to do it until the stock setup is finished though.

Back seat is 'usable', but only on the passenger side for me. And at that, it's not the most spacious. Tolerable for short trips. Better when one of the passengers is on the shorter side of course. Never worried about a back seater in the E46 coupe.

Thanks for the responses on my "rear seat" question. Sounds like we should be ok.

Here's my 2 week old 135is. I'll get some actual pictures of it later. For now, I just listen to this while I'm at work and can't drive it...
