Then you have tire goo all over your wheel?

I don't think so. Those goo in a cans can be messy but I heard the M mobility kits (or similar types) aren't nearly as bad. But I've yet to test it out in person.

Never used one either, but I was always under the assumption it was rather indiscriminate in application.

I used one a few years back on my wife's car. Was pretty ease to use (much easier than putting on a spare). Attach the can to the valve stem, fill, drive a little, add air and you're good. The newer kits are better, since most of them have the air compressor built-in already. The only time they won't work is if your tire failure is pretty catastrophic.

What did the wheel barrel look like when you replaced the tire?

Sorry, but my wife took the car to have the tire replaced, so I did not see the wheel barrel. Though, I vaguely remember my wife telling me that the tire place cleaned up the wheel before putting on the new tire.

Hah!

I quite like Iron Man. He actually takes a calculated approach to car modding decisions/maintenance.

RFTs are so bad, SO SO BAD. I mean, they're absolutely BAD! I had them on 17s and 18s. Finally got some PSS when I had the funds. But honestly if you have RFTs, I don't think it matters WHAT you get, it'll STILL be an upgrade from the RFT garbage abomination
