It can be done, but it's definitely going to depend on the wheel width and of course the offset of the wheel your running. Here's a picture of our customer and fellow forum member silverbullet135i's 135i with the Forgestar F14 in Gunmetal with the following specs:

Finish:
Gunmetal

Specs:
19x8.5 +46
19x9.0 +50

Tires:
PS2
235/35/19
265/30/19

Forgestars have a higher offset than the VMRs that allow that ultra flush squeeze. Looks like a million bucks...costs about the same haha

Yep, for sure you can run a 265/30/19 on a 9" or 9.5"wide wheel as long as the offset is +50 to +60. Especially if you use the right tires and don't lower your suspension too low. I bet I would not rub or only rub very rarely if I went up to 265/30 Toyos with my setup.

Camber plates required for this fitment? In other words, would this setup fit on an OEM 135i Sport Suspension?

The Forgestar F14 setup as pictured above will work fine on your OEM sport suspension without any camber plates!
