Nice cars but can't believe someone was so lazy as far as cleaning the black 1m. The wheels/brake look terrible.

Pretty ignorant statement saying track cars don't need to be clean, I could go on and on about that one.

Car is badass, but still, when putting a car into a show, should be as clean as can be. Of course, if they were running it all day, and in a rush to get it up on display, could have easily played a factor on why it was just "touched" up.

How is that ignorant? They arent show cars. Theyre built to be out on a track and do bad ass things.

Hi Rick, Dörr Motorsport moved into Klassikstadt a few months ago. I already went there. But I really did not see their shop yet. It still might be at their old location - I have been meaning to find out. I'll let you know.

PS: this black car is indeed a 135i and not a 1M. I took the pics over a year ago and the car is over two years old! Its no 1M, but rather a widebody 135i.

What about that hood, M3 styling, I want one... where can I order, or get one please? Oh and Dack, what part of Bayern are you from? I was stationed in Grafenwhoer from Feb 08 to Mar 10, I want to go back was a lot of fun.

You can contact Dörr Motorsport for that CF hood. But its pricey. I seem to recall about 1,700 euros(?). They you will get murdered on the shipping probably at least a few hundred euros - knowing how much the Deutsche Post charges for small packages! lol But it would not hurt to ask Dörr Motorsport the price.

I live close to Grafenwhoer. It's about 1:10min away from Bamberg where I live. I am also near Schweinfurt (the old Ball Bearing factory from WWII days, still *** and SKF are there! lol ) 20 min away - another US Army base. You would not recognize Graf these days. They have built up that base so much now. No more golf course... now they have a huge PX there! lol

Yeah I was there for the build up the golf course was gone when I was there, and the PX was there too, I went to Schweinfurt once, at the time my unit, was split half and half, there and Graf. I remember being told about the bearing factory on a short tour then we went to the Rock. That was an awesome night.
