Suggestions for Radar Detector
Anybody have any suggestions for mounting a Radar detector in the 1M?
I have a couple of Passport 8500s and a Valentine 1, but would like to do something besides stick it on the windshield. I am not opposed to buying something else but don't want to spend several thousand on a completely built in system. So, any suggestions? WB |

Escort 9500ci fully built in. That's what I use now, very stealth and works well. It's not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth it.

In e36 I hard wired my V1 to the front dome light. Wire was totally concealed. Then placed the unit just left of the mirror behind blue strip at the top of the windshield. Could barely see it from the outside.
Plan to do the same in my next car. |
