Emission Passed with Catxxx DP, JB4 & BMS DP Fix

After 4 stressfull weeks, finally my car passed the emission test with the catlxxx DP, JB4 and BMS DP Fix installed.

You will need the DP Fix in order to pass the emission test else gurrantee you will fail the test. The JB4 auto code clear won't help at all to pass the test. Found this out the hard way.

Passed the test in GA. Switched to map 0 (by pass the JB4) for the emission test, and switched back between map 2 and 5. Since map 5 gave me 30FF (low turbo charge pressure) error code while punching the car at 3rd gear, I switched it back to map 2 and since then no problems yet so far.

I'm guessing this is an OBD II emmissions test?? I mean the smell is quite obvious without cats LOL let alone intoxicating...

You have to use Map 0 otherwise their test machine won't be able to read from the ECU. And of course it won't pass with just the JB4, it's been said many times that it only suppresses the error doesn't prevent it, you will still fail the readiness test with catless DPs.

Yes, in GA, they just read the information from your car's ECU and visual inspection, but no sniff test. I think virtually no states are still doing the sniff test on newer vehicales.
