HELP!! Think my valve gasket is leaking. Need assistance!!!

Just replaced my plugs only to find oil inside and all over the plugs. Has anyone had this issue? Need to know if it is the gasket and how to replace it. The worst was in cylinder 3 and 4 if 1 is the one closest to you. The imagines below show my plugs and inside the cylinder along with one coil. Please help!!!

look at the side of the engine and see if theres any oil leaking there. I have a valve cover leak and dealer wants $1100 to replace. Luckily I got Bmw NA to cover the costs...

I'll replace it myself...the kit isn't much at all from the dealer. Can you tell based on whats going on from the pictures?

I would wait and see what it does first.

I had an identical issue one time I changed the plugs, did nothing and it never happened again.
