ive been trying to contact the guy and he hasn't been replying everytime i ask him to make me a receipt i even offered to pay since he said if i make you one i have to pay the tax he parts out hella bmws. But he lives in a different state then me i don't want to waste my time going there and him not being there or not even giving me one.

I got screwed in my last car purchase prior to buying the 1. Long story short unknowingly I ended up buying a salvage title vehicle that I had to get inspected. I did not have any proof how the car was repaired. I just brought the car down to the DMV for inspection and it passed.
They are really checking a few areas for a matching VIN number. So I think as long as parts printed with the vehicles VIN have not been replaced(engine and frame come to mind, could be more), you should be fine. |
