V81 and SSTT - Anyone running this combo?

I don't know whether this has been covered before and I have sifted thru many threads.

Is anyone here with a V81 ECU using a SSTT? Any problems?

Many thanks...

From memory, I think Swift135 has been running around with SSTT on his car (which would be v81) for a while now and loves it. I think the general consensus is that there are no problems at all, no codes and undetectable by BMW software. There are, of course, more powerful solutions but when I mod, particularly given the lack of tuner support we have over here in Perth, I'll be going the same route

Best of luck and let me know how it goes!

Yeah you will be fine!!! No problems.. There are plenty of people in the U.S. running V81 and SSTT without a hitch.

I'm not sure my car is V81 it could be V80 as it was Feb build. I have not opened the ECU box to find out. I am happy with the extra performance from the SSTT, now with the new tyres you can really feel the full power without the traction system interfering so much.

Swift - Have you measured your 0-100 with the SSTT fitted?
