Confused w/Tracking

I'm confused. The tracking system on BMWUSA.COM is always a few days behind. However, once the car gets to the VPC you essentially have to rely on your CA for updates. I happened to notice today that on BMWUSA.COM the status of my vehicle had been updated to indicated that it was at my BMW Center. I promptly called my CA and he seemed unaware but would check. He's been very good throughout the process but how come he wouldn't know much sooner than BMWUSA.COM? Am I missing something?

Take BMW tracking with a grain of salt. It is a rough estimate at best. I had my car when the OC still said it was in route.

I wonder if the car has been there the past few days and the CA just didn't know it as hard as that is to believe. He called me back later this afternoon and said the car is now ready and prepped. I pick it up tomorrow. Certainly weird but at this point I don't care.

Trust me, that isn't hard to believe. My CA didn't know until a couple days after it came in... Go and hunt for the car in the lot yourself. :headbang:
