Forum Wars Endurance Race 5/30/10

Few members have asked me to put together a forum event here at GPNY so i have put together forum wars!

Date: 5/30/2010
Time: MUST BE AT GPNY AT 4PM
Place: Grand Prix New York 333 North Bedford Rd, Mt.Kisco NY 10549


It will be a 1.5 hour race with 10 teams of 3.

There will be trophies for the top 3 teams.
Food and beverage after the race for all race participants.

There is only availability for 10 teams (30 people total).

Entry into the endurance race is $508/team.

All teams must have payment in by 5/7/2010

This will be happening rain or shine, and once your entry is submitted there are no refunds.

I would like to get 2-3 teams from E90post, 1-2 from 1addicts, 2-3 from m3post, 2-3 from e46fanatics and maybe 1 from r3vlimited.

Some details about the racing format:
75 Minute Endurance Race
10 Teams of 3
Max 10 Teams
10 Minute Qualifying Period
Mandatory 4 Driver Changes per team
Max stint length – 20 mins
Blue flags for top 3 teams after 60 minute mark
Team(s) that do not complete all 4 driver changes get one lap penalty

Menu:

Spinach & Artichoke Dip Served with Crispy Tortilla Chips

Nostalgic Nachos with Cheddar, Chili,Tomatoes, Scallions, Sour cream, and Guacamole

Buffalo Chicken Wings Served with Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Carrots and Celery Sticks

Vegetarian Summer Rolls with Glass Noodles and Fresh Vegetables Wrapped in Rice Paper

Coconut Shrimp Served with Tropical Pineapple Salsa

Non-Alcoholic Bar:
Assorted Soft Drinks to inlcude Pepsi Products and Bottled Waters
Still & Sparkling Water
Cranberry & Orange Juice


As of now I am giving 2 teams for 1 Addicts .... payment must come from one person/team not each person from the team... please call me if you would like more info or to register for this event

FML.... either way apparently i cant set up meets here at GPNY for you guys ... they removed it from E90post and im sure they are about to do the same here.... if someone would like to contact me and set it up i guess thats the only way .... this is what i get for trying to do something for the forum members.... hell i got banned for making t-shirts and hoodies after getting approval from jason (the owner of bimmerpost) that i could use the logo.... soooo if this is removed just give me a call (914)358-3623 if you wanna set another meet up with private track time
