loose wire in trunk/battery compartment

Hello 1Mers,

Tried taking my mobility kit out of the car tonight and accidentally snagged it on a wire. I tried to locate where this lone connector might have popped off from and even removed the trunk latch panel but could not find it. It seems maybe it was always loose but just tucked away. No warning lights and everything appears to function normal but now I'm paranoid.

Can someone with a US-spec 1M confirm for me that this wire does not connect to anything, or if it does please explain to me where?

Much appreciated,
Jordan
