ASA vs Rial?

EDIT: PICS ON CAR.

I have been looking at both these wheels, I am wondering if others have had good or bad luck?

Thanks.

We have had very good experience and feedback with these wheels and I have personally owned both brands for my own vehicles.

Thanks Gary. I have been looking on Tire Rack actually, still thinking about what one to go with but I have it down to those two. What brand would you buy again?

Thanks,
Zach

I have ASA's on my 328. Bought them about three years ago from Tire Rack. My son did bend one rim. but i don't blame the rim. I was in the car and no rim would have survived. (it also took out the bottom if the shock.) We were able to get it straightened and he is still running it.

Ability to fix/re-round the wheel is the indicator of quality, not so much it's ability to survive a hit (though that's nice too).

OP: Had ASA wheels at one time. They held up well.

I still have the same set of ASA AR1's that I bought about 8 (wow) years ago. Not a single issue with them and they've held up amazingly well... in fact they were on my old e46, now on the e82 (same wheels as in my sig).

I would consider both to be of high quality and would use cosmetic appearance, cost, and possibly weight as factors before brand between these two.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep an eye out for it.

Towards the end of the order the site will ask if you've spoken with anyone here, and there is also a customer comments area. Either will do just fine

I've had good luck with my Rial Porto, they've been through 2 winters, and I never had problems. Would buy again!
