BT Tool help

Before I bought this BT tool, I got a lil netbook that has windows CE on it, im almost positive that I posted a question on here before doing so asking if the tool can operate on a system with windows CE and got a positive answer. Now im not sure, the instruction paper says system requirements : windows XP, vista and windows 7, says nothing bout CE, so now im worried I bought this thing for nothing...

Is anyone else running this cable on a netbook with windows CE??

If this wont work then this lil netbook I bought is pointless...

I doubt it will work. Windows CE is an embedded operating system that doesn't support running "normal" windows software. It's designed to be used with software specifically coded and compiled for your device. I'd say the chances of this software working on your device are somewhere between 0 and 1%.

I know the tool says it works on XP, Vista and 7, but it barely works on XP anyway, so i Bought it will work on CE. For XP I had to update the .net framework, and even after I did that the software still didn't recognize it, so I ended up having to borrow a laptop with vista to check my car. I mean, you can try it, since there are .net framework upgrades for CE, but I wouldn't totally count on it..

Well fuck it anyways, just bought a fine lil used Dell mini netbook off ebay last night, has all the requirements, xp, ram yada yada, so I shud be good to go now.

I tried installing .net framework on this lil guy, didnt work, even tried to install both the BT driver and software, wouldnt take. What a bitch, but least now i know.
