Anyone Have a Step by Step Guide to Lower KW Coilovers?

Help!

I know its fairly easy to do, but would like a step by step guide, if one exists, on how to LOWER the KW V1

I didnt see anything on KW's website, which is surprising.

Jack up car
Take off wheels
Turn spring collar to raise or lower
Put wheels on
Let the car settle
Repeat until perfect

Rear is supposedly 1:1.8
Such as
1in on collar = 1.8in rise

Front is 1:1

I forgot where it was, but someone made an excel spreadsheet were you can plug in the height you want and it will spit out "A"

The spreadsheet is here if you still need it, otherwise, for future reference. No response to @gman36 on whether it was accurate but maybe @geared can confirm based on his adjustments.
It would also be interesting to know if anyone with V2 or V3 found the calculations to be accurate (even though the spreadsheet notes say it's unlikely to be).
