TiAg with new Breytons

I put my "track" setup on this weekend. Here are some pictures of the car with new matte grey Breyton GTS-R's wrapped in Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec 225/40-18 and 255/35-18.

The picture quality is not good as these are iPhone photos.

I should note that I was driving around this weekend with my stock rims/tires in the trunk/back seat and experienced no rubbing on my fenders, even with my Dinan suspension.

I think they look sinister

Just because I never posted pics of my exhaust

Indeed. She snuck in there somehow. Always trying to steal the show.

I'll get some this week with a real camera. The car is nice and shiny too. Zaino is amazing.

So when I saw the big pics, I was like whoa.

Then I saw the closeup, and I was like, oh...

The GTS-R red stripe doesn't work in this instance.

I was unsure about these for a long time due to the red stripe, but I actually like it. Keep in mind that I had just finished washing the car and wheels, so that's as much red as you'll ever see. With brake dust the red fades a bit, and will dissapear after a track day.

They are "matte grey" which is basically just as the name implies, a very dark grey. No bronze or other gold/metallic colors that I can see.

Really? See first post. Breyton GTS-R. Inexpensive (relatively), light (relatively) and good looking. Plus they add like 95 hp. Carbon fiber mirror covers will make my car almost twice as fast.

Can't say for certain yet. Just drove enough to wear the stickers off, and I was lugging my other set of wheels/tires around when I was out, so not really driving aggressively.

I'll post a review next weekend for sure.

Very nice. I'm shocked that you didn't rub loaded, looks like your very close to rubbing now. It doesn't appear rolled either? You have it so low your wheels look like 19's.

They say it's about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. It's definitely not more than 1 inch after it settles.

Not rolled at all. The track will be the true test of rubbing, when I fully load individual corners. Summit Point, WV is my next track action (in July) so I'll report back. I think they look big due to the drop, and due to the fact that they're dark colored wheels.

Absolutely. Good choices all around. How much fun is our car? I knew when I bought it that it would be a great car, but after the mods, we've made ourselves an awesome little sports car. I was so impressed at my last track event, and now that I have upgraded brake pads, brake fluid and better tires I cannot wait to get it out on the track.
