help with jb4 (no idea what this is)

whats up guys, so i just bought this jb4 from someone on the forum but they had someone install it for them and im just wondering what this little box is, i do have the 2 step relay but its not hooked up to it in any way and i tried searching online
long story short, i dont know what this is or how to connect it

K so it's an fsb controller, I'm not running methanol right now, would I need to do anything with it when I install my jb4?

k so i installed the jb4 and cut the exposed cable on the fsb and just put the on the side and out of the way
