Is there a consensus on vert antenna replacement?

I would think that a smaller stubby antenna would have more difficulty picking up HD Radio, etc but use USB 90% of the time anyways... that being said, is there a good stubby antenna that fits properly and blends with the antenna mount? I bought one for my Z4M and was always happy with it. But that was years ago :-)

Any pointers / links / warnings would be appreciated!

This is the stubby antenna I also had on my Z4 fits perfectly.

Reception is OK but I listen to Pandora on my iPhone so I'm not concerned about radio reception.

I know it's a old thread, but curious where did you get the antenna? Semms to be a good fit.

I have a little stubby on my vert, it works great for me. But i'm in a area that has already good reception and will pick up everything in HD with the stubby. It has never been an issue for me and it works fine. Plus it looks way better with the short one

Dack I had no idea BMW sold a stubby. Good thing for me to learn after all this time.

Bimmian also sells a stubby.

But does the whip really matter? It's out of your vision and the only time it's ever visible is when you step out of the car and see it.

That's what I went with. Bottom diameter fits perfectly and it looks
like it belongs (because it does, obviously).

I got the BWM stubby one, pain in the neck to remove the long one for every car wash (Yes, i also go into the car wash, not too much time for a hand job )
