fine scratches

hey guys my 12 BSM has little fine scratches on a few spots I'd like to cover up.. is touch up paint all I can do? I got the dr colorchip but that one feels like its mostly to fill in rock ships not cover up fine marks.. they're so obvious on a black car too!

any input appreciated!

Pictures would help us see what you've got going on.

If it's through the clear coat and paint then yes you'll need touch up paint. If it's not that deep you can polish it out or polish enough to help hide it.

Pictures would help best. Can you feel the scratch with your finger/nail?

Dr. Colorchip can definitely help you fill in the scratches as well, it will just take a bit more work and finesse than a simple rock chip. Would love to see some photos as well to be able and make a good recommendation.

thrilla135 I would assume it may require paint correction, or polishing depending on severity of these fine marks
