Balacing Weights on Rims
Hi, I just realised one of the balancing weights on the rims had come off? Is it important to have the rims balanced again? I have got the stock 261m.

They should be on the back side of the rim, how did you notice it?

Yes, get it rebalanced. If they're stock wheels, make the dealer do it. If they're aftermarket wheels mounted locally, recently, take it back for a free rebalance. Sometimes they don't apply them well during install.

Many thanks . I have recently changed to non-rft and they've rebalanced the wheels at that point. They've fixed it up today, and I was quite embarrassed that I didn't pick up the vibration previously (well... I did, I just chose to ignore it because I didn't know what I was looking for). What a difference it made since they've rebalanced the wheels.
