does any one know the spring rate, damping ratio, and the spring height for stock 1series m?

have done some research last night but apparently these data are hiding around some corner.

I have seen them before could be on the M3 forum? The spring rates are different with the two cars.

Although the outer dimensions are identical, the spring rates differ.

There may also be minor differences in the shock valving.

Pretty much any figures you may be able to glean will be worthless. Both the front and rear springs are variable rate items. Thus you'll have no idea what the figures refer to, ie thel spring weight over the first inch/centimeter of compression or the weight after the initial inch/centimeter of compression.

As for guessing E90 M3 spring rates are close, I somehow doubt it, they are two very different cars which happen to share the same suspension components. I've no idea what the V8 NA engine and 'box weigh in the M3, but I suspect its's heavier than the 1M's engine and 'box.
