Voice Command

Hiya,

Quick question regarding the voice command system.

I've been looking throught the short voice commands in the US owners manual (Pg 203). According to the manual, to select a radio station via voice command, you say ">Station< name or >Choose Station<". So does this mean that if I want to listen to Capital FM (95.8) I should say "Station Capital FM" and it tunes itself to that station??

i use "Frequency XXX.XX". So for example, capital FM would be "Frequency ninety-five point eight".

If "Capital FM" is the name of the station as written in the display - yes you can!

So, can you use the voice commands to start navigation to some location, if it is present in the SatNav list eg Some Road, Bristol, or by postcode?

Cant see anything like that in the manual.

Anyone out there able to confirm this?

Yes, I can conferm!

No ==> you can't enter destinations with voice command.
You only can start or stop the navigation itself.
