You can also add the M3 front control arms for about 0.7 degrees more negative camber with any of the camber plate options. Cross also has camber plates that come with there coilover kit, but I don't know if you can get them separate. They may only work with the cross coilvers.

I run the Vorshlag plates on an E36 M3 that I autoX. My 135 is mostly stock for street use. The Vorshlag plates are a great setup if you are looking to max out the negative camber. The TCKlines are more expensive, and also a nice plate, but the Vorshlag is probably the better value.

fwiw, I have the dinan camber plates along with the rest of the dinan suspension package. There is no rubbing, clicking, or any "new" sounds since the install. Turn in and grip are largely tire related now, and for the street, very sufficient.
For a track car, dinan camber is likely not sufficient or cost-efficient...no really new insight there... Raj |

There is always a trade off when it comes to suspension mods.
TCK plates can only work with Koni struts. Vorshlag can fit just about anything out there using different upper hats. |

Again, we have had the Vorshlag plates on our 135i, and for a LONG time. We jump back and forth in nearly an instant in our settings for street and track, and they are very easy to adjust. We have done over 12 dedicated track days on our suspension, which also has slightly stiffer setups, which would induce more energy, and have not had any issues w clicking, noise, or any harshness in the ride. We have given TONS of rides on a daily basis w the suspension setup, and almost all comment on how great the ride is for DD, and then we kill everyone on the track as well....you can't beat the Vorshlag camber plates, and their longevity is another key factor We have run them all, not only on the 135i, but on most other BMWs as well (M3 (E36, E46, E90/E92), 135i, MINI)...just our view |

One doubt , Are the camber plate height added to the car with the installation?.

yes, any adjustable camber plate will likely add some small height increase to the front suspension (all things being equal). this wont be a problem for most people, though, since the car comes from the factory with a lot of rake, most spring kits add even MORE rake, and if you go with coilovers, you can just set them however you please. so unless you're really into the "face down, ass up" look, this shouldn't worry you.

Get the Vorshlag from HP Autowerks in Santa Barbara. Harold followed up with awesome customer service on an issue that came up at the shop I had them installed at.
I'm digging my plates at each event. They take about 5 minutes to adjust and definitely helps turn in and tire wear. |

My $.02: I ran Ground Control camber plates on an R32 with KW V3s. I couldn't stand the noise for street use, especially the loud "pops" when turning the wheel all the way in parking lots. I had two shops reinstall them per GC's specs with no difference, so I ended up removing and selling them.
With my 135i, I went with the consensus and bought Vorshlag, which are beautifully made pieces. I can't believe how quiet and perfectly streetable they are. To be fair, I haven't experienced GC on a 135i, but with Vorshlag out there, I don't see a need to. |

Which GC ground control plates did you have? I have noises over bumps but not during turning at all. I got the street ones, not either of the race versions.
