JIC/CROSS Advice
So i just picked up a used set of these for 1K. They have 12K on them with no winters (Arizona) and were not tracked. Should I get a higher spring rate (Current is 8/12), what should I set the dampening at, and any other tips are helpful.
Thanks

I plan to track them m3bs, how much neg camber are you running and did you get an alignment after you put them on?

I'm running 2 degrees front and rear as a street/limited track setting, with zero toe in front and +1/16" total in the rear. You will definitely need to get some alignment work done, but find a shop that can work to your settings, not just dial up the factory settings. I do my own. Setting the ride height is a bit different with the Cross setup, as you will need to adjust the shock length as well as the spring perch. Up front the spring perch should be set to just barely compress the spring, and the ride height is adjusted using the threaded body of the strut tube.

Did you do any other mods with it aka subframe bushings, m3 control arms, etc and what were your impressions?
