Sunroof gasket cracking

Have one more month left on warrenty on 2009 135i Msport and wondering if cracking is normal on the rear of the sunroof gasket or should I have it looked at when it goes in for the battery cable recall?

Even if it were normal - if the warranty covers it, have them fix it.

Yep, mine was replaced under warranty. I had the older style that had more of a rubber lip all the way around. I now have one similar to yours. I wonder what we can use on that felt like material to keep it from aging quickly.
