EDIT1 : Sorry for the watermark. IMO it doesn't that much "ruin" the pictures, and I already had some of my work stolen in the past so I need to protect myself and I don't know any other way.

The watermarks ruin the photos. A bottom corner watermark would've worked just fine.

Bottom corner WM doesn't prevent someone from stealing my picture. A simple crop would be enough to get rid of it. I don't think it "ruins" the pictures, and as I've said I'm open to send a high-res version to anyone PMing me.

Great work, and love the cars!

I've had pictures from my website copied and wound up on other places before. I never even thought to sell them, so I took it as flattering that they were used.

i dont get the outdated comment either, both rides look great, in fact a few of us in the US have hatch envy

Unfortunately to me the watermarks do indeed ruin the photos. I think if someone were to use your photos on another website, you should be flattered, and if you ever spotted it in commercial use, you could go after them for royalties. Posting heavy watermarked photos on a forum is just silly.

I think the water mark is fine for forum use as long as you were intentionally going to market these photos for sale.

Being flattered doesnt pay the bills. If you are a professional photographer, you have to protect your work somehow. Now if its just casual photography and you didnt plan on selling the work, then watermarks arent doing anything for you.
