Nokia E71-1 works with E82 MY08 with iDrive
Title really says it all.
Just posting a helpful heads up for those looking at the Nokia E71 smartphone. It works perfectly with my 135i via bluetooth.

Yes, but I haven't tested if it transfers the SIM card, as all my phonebook entries on stored on the phone.
I have however had three calls no dropout. During each one it seems either the phone crashed, or temporarily turned off its bluetooth. I don't believe the car was at fault.

My E51 works well with bluetooth but brings up error messages on the phone & the phone book won't transfer. The same phone worked fine when I tried it on a demo before ordering?

I downloaded the contact downloader from the Nokia site and that transfered all the numbers perfectly. I think you have to manually do it each time you add a number to the phone though where as I think other nokia phones check each time bluetooth is connected. I have tried calls which lasted longer than 2 minutes as well and the phone stayed connected
