Sirius/XM - Second Step - Enough For Me To Go Sirius
I got hooked on XM, mostly for 2 channels - Deep Tracks & Bluesville. I had listened to the Sirius alternatives, and they were lame. When I ordered my E82, I ignored the Sirius option and was looking forward to the EAS unit for XM.
Yesterday they announced a new channel lineup, and my 2 favorite channels made the cut - they are on both XM and Sirius. So now I will be calling my CA to see if I can have my order modified to include Sirius. If not, I think I can get it after the sale, but I'd rather have it come across the pond in the car. I still like XM, and I'll keep my existing subscription for my other car, but now there is little reason for me to hold out for a special XM unit. Have Fun, Rick |

It looks like they kept the better channels (IMHO) and put them on both Sirius & XM. Deep Tracks, Bluesville, & The Loft made the cut - the rest of the Sirius channels are close enough for me.
Go to each Web site and take a look. http://www.xmradio.com/onxm/index.xmc http://www.sirius.com/whatsonsirius Have Fun, Rick |
