12 weeks so far no car european delivery!

Guys tell me if this has happen to you because so far everyone i talked to so far this has not happened to them! I am VERY disappointed with BMW I had ordered my car back in September and did European delivery. Great experience great trip was overly satisfied. I arrived back from Europe on the 22nd of November expecting my car to come in 6 weeks this might seem long but its tolerable. Then when 7 to 8 weeks rolled by I started to seriously wonder where my 135i was. The exact location of my car was never known and did not know where it was until the 2nd of this month! I found out it was in NJ!! I have waited TWICE the expected time of what is the "usual" wait. But ready here is the kicker with European delivery you have to start your payments since you already get to drive your car....which normally is only a month and a half maybe 2.....I on the other had have given BMW 4 payments and have had no car to justify....really?

hmm i would call coustomer care nd ich at them about that. Seems weird, idk if u might not made the order in time. cuz i ordered mine on 11.1 got it 12.23 so did u track it online and stuff also why the hell are you makeing payments thats so weird.

Yea... you need to contact BMW NA or better yet BMW AG!!! That is way too long of a wait. Hang in there.

With European delivery you get to drive your car so because of this u make payment when you return from your trip its just how BMW constructs there program. The update is I called BMW finance dep. told them what happened argued with them and they will be crediting me back the months since what happened is absolutely BS...so they say time will tell. As far as my car goes I drove down to BMW today and still no car. Also I checked the extra lot they have for cars when they are being shipped...still no hope.

You should contact BMW NA. Send them a registered letter. I bet you will get the response you are looking for. You are "talking" to the wrong people/dept. Contact BMW NA.

Ok guys GREAT NEWS I picked up the car last Friday FINALLY!!!!

So I talked to the head supervisor in NY and told her what the deal was. So bottom line is I will be getting months credited back because of how long this damn car took. I Also had the car pushed to be on a truck to get here faster. They skipped SC VPC and it went straight to Georgia then straight to FL. But I am relived that my car is finally in my hands enjoying ever second of it and parked safely in my driveway. Seriously guys that wait is something I will truly never forget.
