Separated tire tread

Hi guys, so I was in my dealership about 3 weeks ago complaining about a noise coming from front left wheel that sounded like something was rubbing within the wheels everytime it would spin. They found that a separated tire treat was the culprit and they replaced the tire. Problem solved for the time being.

Now, just a couple of days ago I hear the same noise coming from the same wheel with new tire. I was wondering if any of you guys have had the same problem? Could it something else causing the problem to the tire? I still have the stock Dunlop RFTs and I definitely (!) did not hit any bumps/potholes etc...Thanks guys

Are you rubbing against anything on the inside or outside? Fenders or suspension components?

Hmm.....I'll bring this is up as a "throw caution to the wind"
Did they rotate your wheels/tire front to back????? Go check and make sure the front rim is in the front, and the rear rim is in the rear where it belongs.....

Thanks guys! My car only has 4000Km so all the wheels never been rotatad and the rims are where they should be. I am not sure if there is any rubbing. According to the tech the tire was defective from the day one, but twice now?! However I will mention about whether the tire is rubbing against something when I go see them this Friday.

Dunlop RFT? They use different tires on Canadian models?
