Can I remove this ?
Hey guys, so I got this car on the road about a week or two ago, and just noticed what I think is a stain...I fully detailed the car over a period of 3 days, and this was the only thing I noticed. Didn't come out with a hand polish, so now I would like to ask for your help...
The "stain" in question... (And no, it was not detailed recently, don't mind the dust/dirt.) Let me know what you guys think this is, and how it might be removed. |

If it's hard water, i.e. lime or equivalent, or a bird-splat, carefully try some CLR or other mildly acidic bathroom lime remover before any attempt at sanding, which could cut into the clear-coat. That should dissolve calcium-containing material without affecting the paint.

distilled vinegar. spray on and let it soak in. you might rub the affected area to let it penetrate and start breaking down the hard water.
be sure to wash and wax after
