I finally own a BMW!

I've gotten so much from this forum... Thanks to everyone!

I wasn't going to register or post, but last night I finally drove home something that I have been waiting for more than 20 years... my new 325i

I can't tell you how much I love this car. I was almost going with a G35 Sedan, but my sister owns a 2002 325i and swears that she will never drive anything but a BMW.

I will post a picture or two over the next few days if I can ever stop driving this beauty!!

Congratulations! I understand and appreciate your excitement, this was my first BMW also. And althought I didn't wait 20 years for it, I did wait 10 weeks when the time finally came that I wanted one. It truly is a car that is so much fun to drive. The Japanese make good quailty vehicles, but they definitely DO NOT make anything that drives like "The Ultimate Driving Machine."

I am in the same boat as you. I have waited over 25 years to get a BMW. My 325i is on order an won't be here until Xmas or January.
I don't know if I am too excited yet since it is still a while before I get it, but I know I will be anxious once it comes down to near delivery.
Since this is the first BMW I will own I hope that I won't be disappointed. You know when you want something so bad and then you get it and it turns out to fall short of your expectations. After being on this post since May and reading about all the wonderful things all of you have said about the e90 I can't possibly imagine that I have made the wrong decision.
