I dont know much about them. I know I ordered a part from them for my old car and the order got lost or something. They gave me a full refund and were very easy to deal with. This was years ago though, probably like 2007. Wish i could help more haha

They have a carbon fiber hood that looks OEM.

It's the cheapest I've seen for our car, under $600.
I'm not sure if the old adage, "You get what you pay for," is applicable here.

VIS and Seibon make OEM and "GT-R" style hoods in the $1000 price range, and I think Vornsteiner and others just over $1000.

The most expensive I know of is 3D Design for $4000.

It's really light! Well, I don't have a stock hood to compare it too, but it feels lighter than I had imagined.

I ordered some hood pins, and as soon as they come through, it's installation time!

I am so ready to be a vendor. I am just waiting another week or so for our high end Euro products to launch. Then we'll be here, FerrariChat, and 6Speed.

What's the ETA on the sideskirts for our car? Also will they look good without having to get the front and rear bumper?

I'm still waiting on the pins.

I ordered them on the 9th, and my status on my purchase is still, "pending."

This is ridiculous. It's not the site I ordered from's fault. It's Chase Banking.

Word to the wise, an order made using your (Chase Bank) debit card can have "pending" status for a really long time. I inquired about it just now, and have been told it will take "1 business day" for a reply.

The reason I used a debit card, is because I have an American Express card, but the web site I ordered from doesn't accept American Express. My debit card is a Visa, so I used that. Chase bank is holding up my order with it's "pending" status. It's been pending for quite a while, IMO.

Completely off topic, but I'm quite unhappy with my service with Chase, not just from this incident alone. They have horrible service, and sometimes their customer service reps are knowledgeable about the products they offer. I made a fairly large deposit a couple months ago, and was getting man-handled into opening a Savings Account. I didn't do it, but the rep wouldn't make my deposit until I heard him talk about Savings Accounts and that my money wasn't safe in a Checking Account. I sat with him in his cubicle for 20+ minutes, while he tried to convince me to open a Savings Account with them. I was really quite upset with wasting this time, and I think my body language was making my annoyance clear, but he was really trying to sell me on this Savings Account idea.

He went on and on about if someone were able to access my Checking Account and make purchases, versus it can't be accessed in a Savings Account. What it said to me was that this banking institution isn't safe.

After this was over, I was inquiring about sending money to family in Japan. He said he would have to talk to a manager over this transaction. He was gone for quite a while, before coming back with the wrong account information in his hands. He couldn't find my papers, and I was really quite aggravated over this. He was trying to make small talk, but came off quite insulting, hinting that I either don't look like the type of person to have this much money, or that this money is better in a "Savings Account," because [Chase's] Checking Accounts aren't secure.

Writing about this, and thinking about it now, I really should've filed some kind of formal complaint against this individual, but at that time, I was still jet-lagged from coming back from Japan, I just wanted to go home.

tl;dr I'm still waiting on my hood pins because of a stubborn bank. And, can anyone recommend a better banking institution than Chase?

Sorry this is taking so long, everyone.

心配しないですが、ちょっと怒っている。

After making my inquiry to Chase last night, I got a response this morning explaining it's the merchant who's not submitting a receipt (doesn't sound right to me). Then I check my Account Activity, and find payment has finally been changed to "Debit Card Payment" status.

Maybe it was the merchant who didn't "charge me" right away, but I feel like it only got resolved because I raised a complaint to Chase, and it prompted them to take action.

In either case, I haven't received a shipping confirmation or tracking number to go along with my now "Debit Purchase," so, my pins still haven't shipped.

KhurramT, your website strongly recommends the use of hood pins, is it safe as a daily driver to install the hood without the pins? I have a freeway commute, and of course, local streets as well, to and from work.
