How Much Will Tint Actually Help?

I keep debating if I want JB on Black Leatherette. My SA offered to throw in a free 35% tint, which I will accept regardless. How much will this tint actually help heat wise?

Tint helps a lot, but it depends on where you live. If you live in the south, black on black = misery heat wise.

edit: Just saw you live in Texas like me. LOL doesn't get much hotter then that. I had a Red truck with black interior awhile back and swore over and over again I would NEVER get another black interior....ever. Not as long as I live in Texas.

Live in AZ. Won't have a car without tint.
