Brisbane Dyno Day - Any Interest?

Hey guys, I have been talking with the lads over at Advanced Performance Centre in Underwood about possibly setting up a Dyno Day for us. I just wanted to get an idea of numbers first, obviously it would depend when it is and what is the cost however if you are interested then add your name to the list and then I can take it from there. Should make for a good day if we can get it happening!

seems to be a bit of interest which is good, the guys at APC are pretty flat out for the rest of this year however they are trying to squeeze us in and will let me know within a week or two. The price will be approx $55 each car but this is not a concrete price yet and it will consist of 3 runs. They also have access to brands such as AC schnitzer, Hamann and Super Srint so I will get them to put together some pricing on package deals for us if any of you guys are interested.

Thanks for organising this Matt. Seems like there is quite a bit of interest, at least it will make for fair comparison as we're all on the same dyno, same day etc which eliminates some of the biggest variables. Hopefully we can get a great deal as we'd need the dyno the entire day but the price already seems quite reasonable.

No worries Vin, I dont have much dyno experience at all but that price seems reasonable to me. I will keep updating this thread as I get more information.

I've had a car dynoed at APC before (was a few years ago though) seemed professional and well run. Think it costed either $40 or $60 can't remember... Got a massive 88kw @ the wheels!

As a comparison, I was looking into getting a quick dyno done a couple months ago at 999 Automotive and they wanted $100 for 3 runs. I remember they quoted me $70 earlier in the year for 2 runs but they no longer offer that service anymore.

Well I'm hoping for a 12.7 this time! Although warmer weather probably won't be kind...

Hi guys, sorry for the massive delay on this. I had a big chat to the guys at APC today about this and they have agreed to lock it in for mid October so we are looking at around the 15th of October. Can you guys who put your names down please reconfirm for that date so I can get back to them. Thanks!

A year... I think that's a bit more than a "massive delay"

Think I might have to come along... test out my soon-to-be tune...
