Just picked up my Montego Blue today!!!

All I can say is I already love this car and the color!!! The color changes with every over head cloud and curve. I tried my best to capture some of the different shades in these pics and some where taken about an hour apart when the light was slightly different.

I had to drive over a mountain pass to get home from the dealer and it was a freakin whiteout blizzard for about 20 miles in the dark!!!! The car did great, the DSC light came on a lot on the dash but the car stayed pretty straight and only went real sideways once on braking....mostly because the brakes are so amazing quick it was more my fault than the cars, but even on the ice I was able to straighten it out pretty easily and managed to get it home safely. The one pic is the mountains in the back ground, then the snow build up from the wipers, the automatic setting works awesome....then last pic is my new baby finally home in it's new safe cradle, dirty...but I can change her in the morning. I am spent from the stress of saving her life before she even had a chance to live!!!

Best to you all with your dealer pick ups.

Congrats, dude!
Takin gdelivery and then driving back in a blizzard through a mountain pass?? BMW should turn that into one of their movies. Who do you want playing you, Clive Owen? Daniel Craig? Brad Pitt?

Congrats on the car, Temple.

My wife saw Montego on a 335 coupe and was really impressed with the color.

Now, break it in!

Maybe its the pictures but this is the first time I seen a 1er next to an E36 coupe, somewhat. I knew the 1er was smaller than an e36 coupe!

Congrats! I saw one in person yesterday and that is still the color I want when I get a new car later this year.

Your pic's on line make the color look great! BUT in person it looks much brighter/lighter. I wish it looked like your on line pic's.
When I first saw a 335i coupe in Montego blue 2 years ago I LOVED it, it was a MUST color for me. But now that I have seen it many times at the dealer, its too light for me.
I love the color in the 4th pic.

Beautiful car. Mr. LUCKY.

It really is not a light blue by any means. You must always see the color in bright direct sunlight then because it is actually a darker blue until direct light hits it. Like in my garage you can see exactly where my flash hits and changes the color. I see you own a black car though, and it definitely is not Monaco.

I HATE black. Never again. I wanted white but none were available anywhere near me. Montego blue just looks a little too bright. But for some reason on-line it looks great. I have seen many 335i coupes in person over the past 2 years and it just looks a little too "look at me". Like an STI. I see TOO many blue STI's where I live.

But it is a very nice color.

Love that blue! I don't think there's a bad exterior color for this car. Great pics too.

One thing I noticed on these cars is the aggressive rear fender flares and how it transitions to the rear bumper, and the roof line intersecting in the same area. It just works so well, and you can't appreciate it from a picture. My eyes kept being drawn to that area on my car.

Me too, honestly that was first reaction seeing it in person was "Wow the rear fenders flare out all even more than I thought they did" and I love it. It is not Porsche flares, but the most on an BMW I think. I tried to capture that in the first pic.
