Performance shops in Germany

VW specifically....

Ive already posted on VWvortex a while back and have bumped it but not gotten anything, so I figured id branch out.

I reallllly need to find a performance shop that is good with VWs. My goal is to find a shop while im here in Astan and then have things lined up so that right when i get back it can go to the shop.

I have a 2003 GTI with a 50trim and all the rest of the supporting mods, but need it pulled apart and have whatever messed up in the top in fixed and put back together, lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could send MTM tuning an email, VW is one of the cars they specialize in. They are located close to Ingolsadt. You still have the 135i?

Yep, sure do. My GTI is the car i brought over here, but it broke about a year ago and i just havnt had the time to fix it with 4 field rotations and everything else gearing up for this deployment in that time frame.

I see, MTM is a pretty big tuning company in the Audi/VW world. If they can't do the work you need I imagine they know someone who can.

Oettinger up North of Frankfurt used to be pretty good (back when I had my A3). I think they got bought out by APR but still worth a look.

Contact Oli ( Specter88 ) his buddy owns a tuning shop in Kitzingen (near Wurzburg). I am sure he could hook you up with the right ppl.

Schropp Performance. It is right down the street from the base here in Stuttgart, which is about 2 1/2 hours from you?

I see them do a lot of VW work.
